Frequently Asked Questions

As the conference gets closer we’re receiving e-mails from people asking the same sorts of questions. We thought we would put answers to commonly asked questions on this page. If you have a question that is not answered here please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can you provide a letter to support my Visa application?
Yes we can and all of the details are available on the Visa Invitation Letter page.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately all tickets once purchased are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Please see this link.

Is accommodation provided?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide accommodation for CodeMobile 2020. If you need help with the cost of accommodation take a look at our Pay It Forward Programme.

Is parking available?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide parking for CodeMobile.

Are drinks and meals provided?
Tea and Coffee will be provided throughout the conference and we will also be serving a hot buffet lunch. Pastries will also be available each morning before the conference begins.

What is the conference dinner?
We hope to be able to provide a conference dinner for all delegates on the evening on Tuesday 28th April 2020. More details will be announced as they become available.

Are there social events?
We will be working with venues close to the Barbican Centre to meet and socialise on both the Monday and Tuesday evenings. More details will be announced as they become available.

What time does the conference start and finish?
The conference will start at 09:30 each day and finish at 17:30.
