Frequently Asked Questions

As the conference gets closer we’re receiving e-mails from people asking the same sorts of questions. We thought we would put answers to commonly asked questions on this page. If you have a question that is not answered here please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can you provide a letter to support my Visa application?
Yes we can and all of the details are available on the Visa Invitation Letter page.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Unfortunately all tickets once purchased are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Please see this link.

What is the accommodation like?
We are providing accommodation in University Halls of Residence. Each delegate will be provided with a single occupancy en-suite room and each room has an individual key. The halls of residence have recently been refurbished to a good standard and will be very comfortable for the duration of your stay. Double rooms are available upon request.

Is parking available?
Yes, you can park for free on the University of Chester campus. You will require a permit to display in your car window. Please contact us to arrange a permit if you would like to park.

Are meals provided?
Breakfast will be provided for all delegates who have booked a ticket that includes accommodation. Lunch will be provided for all delegates and tea and coffee will also be supplied during the conference breaks.
